A cloud-hosted learning management platform supporting course delivery, assessments, and progress tracking for an educational institution.
Challenge
An educational institution relied on a combination of email, file shares, and a legacy LMS that lacked mobile support and modern analytics. Instructors struggled to track student progress, and administrators could not generate accreditation reports efficiently.
Approach
We built a multi-tenant learning management system with course authoring tools, quiz and assignment modules, gradebook functionality, and student progress dashboards. The platform supported SCORM content import, video lecture hosting, discussion forums, and automated accreditation report generation. Accessibility was validated against WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
Outcome
Course completion rates improved by 15% through better progress visibility and mobile access. Instructor time spent on administrative tasks decreased significantly, and accreditation reporting that previously took weeks was generated on demand.
